The Client

WWAV Rapp Collins was the largest full service Direct Marketing services group in Europe. It consisted of fully integrated agencies in London and Edinburgh. The group also included WWAV Rapp Collins Media, HLB and Optima Direct. Now simply RAPP the company is global covering numerous countries in all continents.

The Background

When a new agency was formed in Bristol: WWAV Rapp Collins West, it naturally wanted to maintain its exceptional standards in all areas of its communications work. However, initially there wasn’t a production department to manage the print work in-house. So Tasker & Stone were called in to help provide WWAV with everything that was needed: sourcing suppliers, managing quotes, maintaining quality and delivering to deadlines.

The Service

From bespoke, personalised one-piece mailers to door drops in runs of hundreds of thousands, we provided WWAV with a competitive, single point of purchase and management that they could trust to deliver the standards the agency and its clients demanded.

In fact, we worked so well together that when the agency formed its own production department, they kept on working with Tasker & Stone. What made the relationship so strong was the fact that both organisations had a great deal of respect for each other’s knowledge and expertise. Tasker & Stone had such an in-depth knowledge of WWAV’s requirements we were able to cover potential issues without WWAV themselves having to even think about them. There was a high level of trust and understanding ensuring that WWAV always got what they wanted, when they wanted it and within budget.

Results & Benefit

Tasker & Stone played a key part in the successful set up of the new agency facilitating a seamless transition of work from WWAV’s other agencies. In addition to this there were added benefits for the group -

  • Improved consistency, efficiency and quality of service
  • Reduced costs and financial saving
  • It enabled their own staff to focus fully on the core business
  • The production of innovative quality print delivered on time, every time and to budget
