The Client
Indicia is a marriage of two established, successful, award-winning businesses. Entire, a direct and digital marketing agency, and Marketing Databasics, a marketing services provider.
The Background
Tasker & Stone had engaged with Indicia (Entire in their formative years) and had provided an adhoc print supply for them. Indicia’s client base grew along with their print requirement - so much so, that a print services team was employed - purchasing was an in-house activity and remained successfully so for a number of years. Following review, a strategic decision was made by the Board to change the way it operated and to outsource the print purchasing activity. Indicia identified,selected and interviewed a number of possible candidates, appointing Tasker & Stone as their print management partner in September 2009.
The Service
Tasker & Stone offer Indicia a bespoke print management service for all of their print related output including Conventional mail packs, Dynamic digital print, One piece mailers, Postcards, Packaging and sourcing/fulfilment of branded promotional items for high profilmarketing initiatives.
We engage with the Creative, Account Management and Studio teams in equal measure - preparing cost estimates, quotations, schedules and artwork specifications. e take responsibility for every aspect of live work from artwork to proof approval through to press passing, distribution and mailing. Indicia trust us to deliver the exacting standards that the agency and their clients demand - in short, they get what they want, when they want it and within budget.
We have developed an in-depth understanding of their requirement leaving the creative and account management teams to concentrate on doing what they do best - marketing.
